load convert -w : server crashes ! please help..;

my first topic was because it was a test account without firstname. I tried to migrate a mail database with a "real" user and then the convert -w crashes the server (Ihave clustered 8.01 server and it happens on both servers)
I am using DUS to migrate.
please help, I have about 1500 users to migrate next week...
